1. Eligibility for Refund
- Refunds are applicable only if:
- The product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
- The wrong product is delivered.
- Order is cancelled before shipment.
- For hygiene reasons, used or opened hair products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
2. Refund Process
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery in case of any issue.

- Once approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of mind after receiving the product.
- Product damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
- Products without original packaging or invoice.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
