1. Order Cancellation by Customer

  • You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped.
  • Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will be treated under our Return Policy (if applicable).

2. Order Cancellation by Growth Hair

We reserve the right to cancel an order in the following cases:

  • The product is out of stock.
  • Payment is not received or is incomplete.
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping details are provided.
  • Suspected fraudulent transaction.

If we cancel your order, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

3. Refund on Cancellation

  • If you cancel your order before dispatch, you will receive a full refund within 7–10 business days.
  • No refund will be processed for orders cancelled after shipment.
