    • The wrong product is delivered.
    • Order is cancelled before shipment.
  • For hygiene reasons, used or opened hair products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

2. Refund Process

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery in case of any issue.

  • Once approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
